No idea, but everytime I visit, there's only 2 of them working. One on the till, and the other prepping food, so I assume it's just really busy. The restaurant is so tiny, I can't imagine them packing more workers in there, but the food is so good, it's always busy... Try calling during the less busy hours of the day, perhaps? If you're having more issues than most people, maybe they blacklisted you for being rude, or impatient, Ir aggressive? They're allowed to choose whom they serve, and whom they do not serve. Maybe if you've rudely interrupted or caused a scene, try to apologize nicely and maybe offer them a nice tip? A little kindness can go a long way... These people are wonderful, I have only met with bright smiles and positivity any time I visit...

This is the thing about Lulu's. You never know if they will be open or not. This is why my review gave them 4/5 stars. The food is 5/5 but hours are totally unreliable. They are so busy at times that they may not be able to answer the phone either. My advice is to have a plan B when planning a trip to Lulu's.
